You can send a deletion request here even if you have already uninstalled the app.
Send it from the Google email address used to sign in to Music Tree Player. Include the subject Music Tree account deletion and state that you want your app account and private song backups deleted.
If the button does not open an email app, write to ipu00@naver.com using your usual mail service. Opening the email button does not submit a request; send the email to complete your request.
We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting an account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm completion or explain any delay. Never send passwords, login codes, purchase tokens or card details.
What is deleted?
- Your active Music Tree account and all app sign-in sessions.
- Private song backups linked to that account.
- Your shared files and audio, public nickname and associated creator-block records, and the link between your account and app purchase records.
What remains?
Minimal hashed receipt/product records are retained without the account association to prevent purchase replay and support restoration while the product is supported. Minimal hashed moderation references, content fingerprints and confirmed upload-ban identifiers may remain to prevent repeat abuse while the service is supported. Downloaded copies already held by other users cannot be recalled. A minimal hashed account reference and expiry are kept for the 7-day re-registration cooldown. Google Play keeps its own purchase records. Deletion does not refund purchases or delete your Google account. Files already stored or exported on your devices are not remotely erased.
Delete directly in the app
In an online-enabled version, go to Settings or Find scores → account icon → Delete account Read the warning, tick the confirmation checkbox and press Delete. This is processed directly without administrator approval and does not require Pro. The same Google account can rejoin after 7 days. The operator’s reserved service account has no in-app deletion control; use support for assistance. Keep a local copy of any songs you need before deleting your backup.
For backup-only deletion, access or correction requests, use the same email and specify what you want removed. Older offline-only versions do not create a Music Tree online account.
